Downing Launches New Real Estate Investment Management Venture

Real estate firm Downing is joining forces with Jessica Hardman, the current president of the British Property Federation, to launch a new real estate investment management company named Aboria Capital. This collaboration combines Downing’s extensive experience in development and operations with Hardman’s significant expertise in global investment management.

Jessica Hardman, who recently took on the role of BPF president, brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management to the venture. Previously, she was the head of European portfolio management and the UK chief executive of the global investment manager DWS.
