Bulgarian PropTech AIoTCloud Secures Investment to Revolutionize Energy Management

Bulgarian PropTech company AIoTCloud has secured a €750,000 investment in a funding round led by CleverPine Ventures, with participation from Dimitar Dimitrov (CEO of Shelly Group) and Blagoy Stoyanov (CEO of VAS Pro). Founded in 2022, AIoTCloud provides an AI-driven energy management platform to optimize energy use, cut emissions, and reduce operational costs.

The company’s SaaS platform serves industrial, commercial real estate, and renewable energy businesses, including Sofia Municipality, Delikates Zhitnitsa, Kitchen59, Networking Premium, and Uncle Charly. AIoTCloud’s hardware-agnostic approach allows businesses to leverage existing infrastructure without costly overhauls.

With this latest investment, AIoTCloud has raised a total of €1 million. The funding will be used to enhance product development, expand into key markets, and strengthen its European presence. Strategic investors bring expertise in software, hardware, and business operations to ensure commercial impact.

Co-founder and CEO Nikola Ruychev highlighted the company’s focus on making energy data accessible and actionable at a reasonable cost. AIoTCloud’s technology has already delivered up to 30% reductions in utility costs and emissions, and up to 25% operational optimization for clients.
