This upgraded platform introduces Smart Audio and Video Bots to offer intuitive, real-time, role-specific guidance tailored to the construction industry.
The Smart Audio Bot provides voice-driven access to troubleshooting guides, maintenance protocols, and compliance requirements, helping reduce downtime on project sites. Meanwhile, the Smart Video Bot delivers dynamic, visual guidance, including role-specific avatars that assist with processes such as equipment calibration, workflow optimization, and technical training. These bots are designed to bridge knowledge gaps, reduce dependency on external expertise, and support inclusivity by offering multilingual interactions in English and Hindi.
Building on the foundation of Concrete GPT, the platform integrates OpenAI’s GPT-4 and Perplexity Models, updating its vast repository of technical resources with the latest industry trends and regulatory guidelines. In addition to offering immediate technical support, the platform serves as a hub for skill development, empowering professionals to optimize workflows, adopt sustainable practices, and make data-driven decisions.
